Scott Criddle
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Criddle - Web

Scott was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2009, and Managing Director of Decmil Group Limited in April 2010.

He was previously the Managing Director of Decmil Australia from 2002, where he was responsible for the long-term growth and strategic direction of the company, playing a key role in building relationships with stakeholders and clients.

Scott joined Decmil Australia in 1993 as a construction labourer to gain experience and learn about the company from the ground up.  He held a variety of roles within Decmil Australia including Construction Manager, Estimator, Business Development Manager and Area Manager.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and Economics.

Craig Amos
Chief Financial Officer

Craig Amos - Web

Craig was appointed Chief Financial Officer in March 2014, having previously held the position of Group Manager for Corporate Development at Decmil Group Limited.

As a qualified chartered accountant, he has over 17 years’ experience in finance, accounting, corporate transactions and commercial projects in both corporate and professional service environments.

Prior to joining Decmil he held the position of Executive Director in the Corporate Finance division of Ernst & Young where he gained extensive experience leading teams on a range of strategic corporate transactions.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Commerce (with Honours), a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Auditing and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance. He is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Tony Radalj
Chief Operating Officer

Tony joined Decmil in 2012 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Decmil in August 2017. During the past five years Tony has held key positions in Decmil such as Construction Manager and General Manager for Decmil Australia.

Tony’s career spans across various sectors such as health, oil and gas, resources, government infrastructure, building and renewables. Tony brings extensive technical experience and a strong focus on strategy for Decmil.

With his flexible management style he motivates and empowers teams to enable a strong work ethic and produce rewarding outcomes.

Tony has extensive experience in relationship style contracting ensuring positive relationships are sustained with our clients. This includes utilising contracting models such as lump sum, design & construct, alliance and early contractor involvement.

Ray Sputore
Executive Manager Strategy and Pre-contracts

Ray joined Decmil in 2011. He has over 43 years of professional, corporate and business experience through a range of executive management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 contracting entities and non-executive management appointments. His extensive executive Management appointments include 30 years with Transfield Construction WA and 9 years with Leighton Contractors.

Ray has held roles of General Manager in all three entities and also Director roles in Leighton Contractors and Decmil Australia. His boardroom and board committee experience includes ASX listed, proprietary, not-for-profit and government organisations covering the building, civil, industrial, state government, resource and oil and gas sectors.

Ray is a current vice-chair of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA. He is also the current chair of the Construction Infrastructure Forum of the Chamber of Commerce and a current member of the Main Roads West Australian Road Resource, Construction and Maintenance Industry Advisory Group.

Jeremy Knowles
National Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality Manager

Jeremy joined Decmil in 2006 as National Health, Safety, Environment, & Quality Manager and is responsible for effectively leading the implementation and execution of Decmil’s HSEQ strategy, placing a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and preventative measures.

In 2007 Jeremy oversaw the introduction of an integrated safety and health program entitled SHIELD across all Decmil sites. This acronym stands for – Safety and Health in Every Level at Decmil. This award winning safety program empowers people to create a create a safe workplace, and motivates and rewards safe behaviours at all times.

Jeremy holds a Masters of HSE and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations, along with numerous safety accreditations.

Alana Faigenbaum
Group Human Resources National Manager

Alana joined Decmil in 2012 as a Corporate Human Resources Advisor. In 2013, she was transferred to Decmil Group and promoted to Group Human Resources National Manager in 2014.

Alana is responsible for leading the human resource function across the Decmil Group which includes recruitment, learning & development, industrial relations, corporate governance, and remuneration & reward. She is a strategic ‘big thinker’ with a focus on leadership development and cultural alignment to business goals. Alana is also passionate about diversity, taking an active role in promoting female and indigenous engagement.

Alana holds a Bachelor of Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Alison Thompson
Company Secretary

Alison has held several senior financial positions within the Group since August 2007. She is currently the Group Financial Controller for Decmil and was appointed Company Secretary in January 2014.
She has extensive technical experience gained from 4 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers and prior to joining Decmil, gained valuable industry experience at international construction firm Balfour Beatty based in the United Kingdom.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance, and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand.
