Decmil was awarded the design and construct contract for the infrastructure, facilities and utilities associated with the airstrip including:
- Sealed runway, taxiway and aprons
- Drainage system
- Power distribution and layout for runway strip, apron are lighting and navigation aids
- Refuelling facilities
- Check-in, baggage handling, passenger arrivals and departure areas
- Car parking and drop off points
- Marking and markers, perimeter and terminal building fencing
