Decmil was commissioned by Rio Tinto to refurbish the existing Karijini Lodge near Karijini National Park, Tom Price.
This complex refurbishment of the Lodge involved removing the internal walkway and redesigning 110 rooms to include individual bathrooms. The building was redesigned to include external balconies and rooms were completely refitted. The project was completed within a challenging timeframe for scheduled staff relocations.
