Construction, commissioning and maintenance work as required on QGC’s gas infrastructure network within southern and central Queensland.
Work Package 1:
This scope of works is as defined in Work Pack 1 – FV-020 Replacement on Generic C/D and G/H skids (QCLNG-BA00-ENG-NAR-000001). The scope includes gas piping and associated electrical and instrumentation (E&I) modifications to install an in-line actuated choke valve in the gas line on various C/D and G/H well-sites.
The scope of works for this package includes:
- Isolation and removal of the choke valve signal/power cables.
- Installation of cables to relocated equipment.
- Demolition of existing gas piping and FV-020.
- Installation of new gas piping and new in-line choke valve.
- Relocation of RO-030/RO-130 upstream of the Choke Valve.
- Complete pre-commissioning and nitrogen leak testing activities to enable achievement of SC1 systems completion for the modified well-site.
Work Package 2:
The scope includes gas and water piping, in-line actuated choke valve and associated electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations on BEL_WH135 well-site.
The scope of works for this package includes:
- Isolation and removal of the on-off and choke valve signal/power cables.
- Testing of cables prior to re-connecting to relevant equipment.
- Installation of cables to new and relocated equipment.
- Installation of new water and gas piping.
- Complete pre-commissioning and nitrogen leak testing activities to enable achievement of SC1 systems completion for the modified well-site.
Work package 3:
The scope includes existing eroded gas and water piping de-installation, new gas and water piping installation, inline actuated choke valve and associated electrical and instrumentation (E&I) ancillaries’ installations on IBL_WH003 well-site.
Work Package 4:
This scope of works includes Well-site Defect Elimination works for 100 Southern Wells.
Value Improvement
Decmil established a logistics yard within the QGC Miles Supply Base. This yard will be utilised to centralise receipt of materials, undertake site fabrication, packaging, rectification works on client supplied items, distribution and transport of project materials to well sites amongst other project activities.
