Decmil was awarded a contract by Talison Lithium to construct the Technical Services Building at the Talison Mine Services Area (MSA) Project. The new maintenance and office facilities will be constructed to support Talison’s expanded mining operations.
The project is located in Greenbushes approximately 250 km south of Perth, Western Australia, and the new facilities will be built on the existing operating minesite which is undergoing expansion.
The scope of work includes the construction of office facilities and a fleet mine control room for truck haulage optimisation.
The Technical Services Building consists of an approximately 2,000 m2, single-storey office and administration space with a covered courtyard.
The Technical Services Building consists of a number of sub-building areas linked by shared access ways, including offices and shared facilities.
