This small but tightly scheduled contract was commissioned by Apache Energy to house construction workers needed to upgrade gas facilities located offshore from Varanus Island.

The works included modifying 32 accommodation units offsite then shipping them from Dampier Port to the island.

The units were installed onsite, verandas and paving were constructed and new main underground services were connected.
