Decmil was awarded a construction contract for Homeground Accommodation Village Gladstone.
Homeground Gladstone is a master planned 1392 bed accommodation village which contains laundry units, recreational facilities and a locker room.
Decmil constructed Stage 3 of the village that included:
- 720 single occupancy rooms
- Laundry units
- Recreational room
- Central gymnasium
- Amenities block
- Central swimming pool
- Chlorination plant
- BBQ shelters & community open space areas
- Roads, parking areas and walkway
