Project to install and pre-commission 89 separator skids for the development and appraisal of wellsite facilities across the QCLNG project.

The works included supply, fabrication and installation of piping (metering) skids, interconnecting pipe spooling between wellhead and gathering risers, fencing, pipe and cable tray supports, mechanical and E&I materials and installation of free issued separators skids and solids tanks.

Works involved all mechanical and electrical construction activities through to mechanical completion of the facility as well as the rectification of free issued skids on site.

Original pipe supports were required to be modified on site for each installation. Decmil designed a fully pre-fabricated, adjustable pipe support for the project. This reduced site labour hours required for install.

The team was also responsible for drafting isometric drawings for threaded adaptor spools and wellhead spools.

The team were praised for their highly flexible approach in reacting to issues in the field.
