Building upon the success of the NDA Accommodation and Officing Project, QGC has awarded Decmil the design, supply, and construction contract for the Charlie Washbay Facility.
Located in the southern area of the Accommodation and Officing Site, the Washbay Facility will help to facilitate QGC’s operations for the “Sustaining Wells” project in the Northern Development Area.
Delivery of the Charlie Washbay Facility will involve the design and construction of:
- Civil Roads, Carparks and pavements
- Structural Steel Shelters
- Modular Buildings
- Automatic Wash Bay
- Concrete Structures and Pavements
- Landscaping
- Interface and the existing water supply
- Water, Electrical and Compressed Air services.
Decmil’s project team has completed the detailed design of the office building, equipment, infrastructure and engineering aspects including bulk earthworks.
Site development activities including roadworks, carpark (Light vehicle, Heavy Vehicle, HPU), pathways, and landscaping.
