Decmil was awarded the contract for two buildings at Woodside’s Pluto LNG Project, one to house the state of the art Central Control Room and administration centre (CCR) and the other a Guardhouse/Medical facility.

Decmil undertook construction of both the CCR and Medical facilities in Perth, allowing for concurrent construction of earthworks and foundations onsite whilst building fabrication took place.

Approximately thirty-one modules and eleven roof sections were then transported from Perth, installed and commissioned on-site on the Burrup Peninsula. At time of transport the buildings were over 80% complete (including all HVAC and electrical services) minimising the onsite time requirements by over 30%.
