The scope of works included:

- Spacious open plan living areas with high ceilings
- Designer kitchen with stainless steel appliances, stone bench and vanity tops
- Large private balconies with access via master bedroom
- Secure basement carpark with secure storage areas near each car space
- Visitor parking bays
- Keypad entry to secure complex with elevator access to each level
The building’s contemporary design is complemented by modern, high quality finishes including quality carpets and tiles, energy efficient light fittings and individual split system air conditioning units in each bedroom and living area that allow personalised climate control in each main room.
