Decmil was awarded a contract for the design and construction of rail terminal buildings including a rolling stock workshop, wheel lathe building, loco washdown, warehouse and laydown, admin buildings, car parks and associated services.
The scope of works includes:

- Warehouse & lay down areas
- Administration buildings
- Car park & associated services
- Fuel /lube delivery systems and oily water treatment
