Decmil was awarded the contract to construct the 60 room, seven-level apartment building.
The scope of works included:
- 60 two and three bedroom apartments over seven levels
- Basement car park
- Landscaped gardens
- Communal entertainment and clubhouse facilities, including cinema, dining and kitchen area, games room, and meeting area
- 20m in-ground solar heated swimming pool and undercover outdoor area
- Rooftop terrace with undercover entertainment area and BBQs
- 10 undercover secure garages
Each apartment features an open plan lounge and kitchen design with stone bench tops, glass splashbacks and quality appliances, as well as frameless shower screens, designer wall and floor tiles, and quality fittings.
