Decmil was awarded a contract for the installation of in-ground services, landscaping and construction of buildings and facilities for the village.
Scope of works included the following:
Installation of in-ground services, landscaping and the following permanent transportable buildings:
- 400 x three room and 40 x four room accommodation units (total 1320 rooms), laundries, crushed ice and chiller rooms
- Facilities management office and crib building
- Communication nodes
- Gatehouse/security/first aid building and EPCM facilities
Design and installation of temporary central facilities including:
- Dry mess and wet mess
- Administration office
- First aid room
- Gymnasium
- Ablution blocks
- Ice rooms
Design and construction of recreation facilities including:
- Cricket pitch
- 2 multipurpose courts
- Golf driving booths
- Putting/chipping green
- Swimming pool
- Design and construction in-situ
Industrial Buildings including:
- Bulk storage building
- Facilities management maintenance workshop
- Bus shelters
- Undercover ambulance parking bay
- Waste management facility
Design and construction of the water treatment plant and waste water treatment plant.
